- Breakfast - oats, banana, soy milk, berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries), goji berries
Lunch - usually rice, vegies, some beef and egg
Dinner - varies...
Take USANA multivitamins and antioxidants, omega 3 fish oils, drink wheatgrass daily, eat raw cacao (a little)
